This Bykski 360mm GPU AIO liquid cooler arrives pre-assembled, pre-filled, and pre-bled. It offers a complete, sealed cooling solution for your NVIDIA TESLA L40 server card, ready to install out of the box without building a custom loop.
Passively cooled server cards like the NVIDIA TESLA L40 rely on chassis airflow, which can be inconsistent in high-density server environments. This AIO kit removes that dependence by actively liquid-cooling the GPU chip, memory, and power stages, ensuring stable temperatures and sustained performance.
Specifications
- GPU Water Block: T2 copper cold plate with electroless nickel plating, 0.35 mm base at the chip, 271.59 mm L x 97.04 mm W x 37.91 mm H; cools the front of the card only.
- Radiator: 396 x 120 x 38 mm aluminum, 63 mm thick with fans fitted, 12 water channels.
- Fans: 3 x 120 mm PWM, 3000 RPM, 101.65 CFM, 5.27 mmH2O, 45.6 dBA; no lighting.
- Pump: Inline in the tubing, 7000 RPM, 450 L/h, 7 m head, 4-pin PWM, 40 mm across x 51 mm tall.
- Tubing: EPDM braided, 360.93 mm from pump to block, 70 mm from radiator to pump, 12 mm outside diameter; flexible.
- Coolant: Pre-filled and sealed, -10 degree anti-corrosion and antibacterial water coolant.
- Installation: Requires a 360 mm radiator position with 63 mm of depth, and clearance for the card with the block installed.
- Warranty: 1 year.

Warnings
Warranty is repair or replacement. All returns are accepted within 30 days, no questions asked. An installed or used item comes back at a higher restocking fee.
The loop is sealed, pre-filled and pre-bled. Do not open it, do not modify the tubing and do not attempt to top it up. Doing so can cause a leak or a pump failure.
Removing the stock cooler from a passively cooled card means it can no longer run on chassis air. Do not power the card without the kit installed and the pump running.
Fitting the kit means removing the stock cooler and exposing the GPU chip. Thermal pads go on the memory and the power stages; thermal paste goes on the GPU chip.
